Marketing & Affiliates- 3 Sep 2007

Well we've been accepting members to the site for three weeks now. After months of working on the site without seeing any results, its great to see that our efforts appear to have been worthwhile. The early days of any porn site are tough, as we are competing against well established sites who can offer more (but in many cases inferior) content. For that reason we really appreciate, and are grateful for, the support we have obtained from the members who have signed up already - and their overwhelmingly positive comments. We do, however, want more comments and feedback - from both members and non-members - about how we could improve the site going forward over the coming months.

The main thing we are now working on is establishing links to the site and getting the site into gay porn directories. This is not as easy as it seems, as they often take time to reply to our e-mails and (quite reasonably) want to have a look at the site first. We are also going to be looking to link with other related sites / companies. If you are webmaster and are interested in linking with us then let us know. Next we will be working on establishing affiliate marketing programs. If anyone is interested in helping us on the marketing side then please get in touch.

Anyway, enough of the boring stuff! With regard to content on the site we have done some cracking shoots in recent weeks with some hot scally and chav lads. Rhys is in the process of doing the editing and over the coming weeks we look forward to posting them onto the site. On Sunday we released a vid featuring two lads who live locally - Si and Ryan. Both lads are new to the porn business and naturally they were fairly nervous before the shoot, but once the filming started they seemed to relax and enjoy it. During the shoot they were chemmed up and knocked back a few cans of beer - as you can probably tell! Some hot, horny kissing, sucking and fucking scenes can be seen in this one.

In the coming week or so we will be releasing shoots involving Rob (a fit 21 year old lad from London) and a hot duo featuring Max and Danny C (a real chavvy scally lad from Manchester).

Welcome to ukscallylads and our first of our regular blogs. So after what seems like a lifetime of doing shoots and setting up the site, but was actually only 4 months or so, we finally started accepting members to the site last weekend. It's been hard work but a lot of fun too and we hope you like the results. Our aim is to bring you hot British chav and scally lads getting naked, hard and horny with loads of wanking, kissing, sucking, rimming and fucking action, plus other scenes including trainer worship, smoking, food fun, spanking, wrestling, pissing and whatever else you suggest!

I want to say a big thank you for everyone who has helped along the way, especially Rhys on the technical side and the models themselves. They have put up with our inexperience with great patience and understanding! As for those models that didn't turn up without giving any notice or warning, I'd better bite my tongue!

I want to point out that it is just two of us working on the site and that we are not part of a large organisation. We also have full time jobs so we are doing this in our spare time. So please bear with us if you have a query or problem. We will do our best but cannot guarantee an immediate response. Having said that we really do want your feedback - both good and bad! We want to know what you like about the site, what you don't like, any suggestions for improving the site, what models you want to see more of and what sort of scenes you want more / less of.
